The Perception about AI and Reality

The future is hooked on Artificial Intelligence. Knowing the future isn’t magic anymore, it’s the tenderness of AI. Artificial Intelligence is a very vast term that demands the proper research before stepping into it.

What Artificial Intelligence basically is?

Artificial Intelligence basically is an offshoot of Computer Science that underlines the development of human-like devices. It demands human intelligence be poured into the main unit of the devices created. Its demand is increasing day by day. According to the current information and situation, AI will reach the top in further years.

Artificial Intelligence-a term that is usually misconstrued by many people around us. Also, they may include us. Different people have different perceptions regarding any field and their perceptions can be marked by proper aiming and directing.

Perceptions:

The following points include my research on “Perceptions of different people on Artificial Intelligence”.

• Some people think it’s totally based on “robotics” and “robots”.

• We have nothing to do with it.

• Human-like behavior of machines, for solving tedious tasks.

• Used in predicting complex systems.

• Independency of humans it is.

• Most hyped.

• Will be used incoming era.

• Its base is robotics.

• We have to do something with robots.

• Artificial Intelligence is related to the parallel universe.

Other perceptions:

Besides the above-mentioned points, people usually have negative as well as positive comments about Artificial Intelligence. AI is not well-known in society but when it comes to its applications, we use them on daily basis and are very much inspired by it. Don’t we think about what we are using? What is the origin of the product we are inspired from? The answer must be a “NO” but the technology behind it is Artificial Intelligence.

Example Applications:

SIRI – the personal assistant offered by Apple on I-phones and I-pads. SIRI basically works upon the Machine Learning technology in order to get through our voices and understands them, also is able to answer relevant questions.

NETFLIX -also is based on the principles of AI. Why because it suggests movies according to the interests of its users based upon our search as well as watched history.

PROS AND CONS:

It is wisely said that:

“Everything has positive and negative consequences.”

AI has been a helping hand to the people working for their success. A thing having loads of positive aspects also may have some cons to look upon.

PROS:

• Talking about the general aspects of AI, it would be considerable to say that has benefited and still is benefiting us in many ways.

• AI is the mean of smart work.

• It drives down the time limit for performing different tasks.

• It also lessens the workload on different devices under limited resources.

• It aids in decision-making and facilitates smart work.

CONS:

• Besides pros, cons are also seen in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence

• AI demands plenty of time and money to build up a machine and embed human intelligence in it.

• Also, it replaces humans with bots which results in extreme unemployment as there’s no need for humans for this purpose.

• Due to the rapid progress of AI in the world, humans have become 10 times lazier.

• AI has omitted the creativity sense from humans.

THE REALITY OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE:

Technically, AI or Artificial Intelligence works on behalf of humans. It is the machine intelligence that is for sure created in an artificial framework. It lower downs the human interactions, keeping and moving all things artificially.

Implementing human intelligence and letting the device think like a human is all that Artificial Intelligence stands by. With every passing day, we’re going up and up by following the basics of Artificial Intelligence. We are nothing but with the presence of AI, humans on planet earth have become the shining stars in the real world just by implementing human-like intelligence in non-livings and giving them the ability to think.
