Platform Engineer

Texinity is looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to build and manage automated workflows using platforms such as Zapier and n8n. This is a mid-level, non-developer role focused on configuring platforms, connecting applications, and building efficient business processes rather than developing software from scratch.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage automated workflows using Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.
Connect applications and services to streamline business processes.
Configure integrations, triggers, actions, and multi-step workflows.
Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize existing workflows.
Understand business requirements and translate them into practical platform-based solutions.
Maintain clear documentation of workflows and integrations.

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in workflow automation, platform building, or business process automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
Understanding of application integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills and confidence when working with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and deliver reliable automation solutions.
