Color Restore is designed as a casual puzzle game and does not require users to create an account or provide personal information such as a name, email address, phone number, or postal address to play the game.

The game may store gameplay-related information locally on your device, such as:

• Level progress
• Unlocked levels
• Stars earned
• Game preferences
• Sound and haptic settings
• Tutorial completion status
• Other gameplay settings or progress

This locally stored game information is used to provide game functionality and maintain your progress.

Color Restore also uses third-party advertising services. Those services may automatically collect certain device and usage information as described below.

2. Advertising

Color Restore uses Google AdMob, provided by Google, to display advertisements.

The game may display:

• Banner advertisements
• Optional rewarded advertisements

Rewarded advertisements are voluntary. Players may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to receive certain in-game assistance or benefits, such as a Hint, Peek, or additional gameplay time.

We do not require users to watch rewarded advertisements in order to access the core gameplay.

Google's advertising services may automatically collect or process information including:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
• Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available
• App interactions and usage information
• Advertising interactions
• Diagnostic information
• Device and application information
• Performance information

This information may be used by Google for purposes including advertising, analytics, measuring advertising performance, preventing fraud and abuse, and maintaining or improving its services.

3. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

Depending on your location, age eligibility, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, Google AdMob may provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

Where required by applicable law, an appropriate consent mechanism may be presented before advertising-related data is processed for purposes requiring consent.

Users may also have advertising and privacy controls available through their device settings or Google account.

4. Third-Party Services

Color Restore uses third-party services that may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies.

The primary third-party service currently used by Color Restore is:

Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK

Purpose: Advertising, rewarded advertisements, ad measurement, analytics related to advertising, diagnostics, and fraud prevention.

5. How Information Is Used

Information processed through Color Restore or its third-party services may be used to:

• Save and maintain gameplay progress locally

We do not sell personal information directly to third parties.

Color Restore itself does not require users to submit personal information to Texinity Technologies in order to play.

Certain information may, however, be automatically collected and shared with Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK when advertising functionality is used.

Google may process this information according to its own privacy policies, advertising policies, and applicable consent choices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of our services.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with Color Restore.

Information transmitted by third-party services such as Google AdMob is handled according to those providers' security practices. Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Gameplay progress and preferences stored locally by Color Restore remain on the user's device unless they are cleared through the game or device, the application's data is cleared, or the application is uninstalled, depending on the device and operating-system behavior.

Color Restore does not currently provide user accounts or maintain a server-side account database for players.

Information collected by third-party services such as Google AdMob is retained according to those providers' respective retention policies.

If you contact us regarding a privacy matter, we may retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain appropriate records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

9. Children's Privacy

Color Restore does not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children through account registration, because the game does not currently provide user accounts or require players to submit personal information to play.

Advertising and data processing may be subject to additional requirements depending on the age group selected for the application in Google Play and applicable laws.

We take children's privacy seriously and intend to operate the game and its advertising services in accordance with applicable Google Play policies and legal requirements.

Because Color Restore does not currently require a user account, there is no Color Restore account that needs to be deleted.

Locally stored game progress can generally be removed by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application, subject to the behavior of your device and operating system.

11. Internet Access

Some Color Restore features, particularly advertisements and rewarded advertisements, require an internet connection.

Core gameplay may remain available without advertising services where technically possible. If advertising services are unavailable, ad-dependent optional rewards may not be available.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Color Restore, third-party services, legal requirements, or our privacy practices.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
